A statement about investment does not establish who manages a hotel, accepts a booking or delivers an event. Identify the actual entity responsible for the arrangement you are considering. Branding and ownership information should be verified through appropriate primary records rather than inferred from a regional reputation.
This page explains terminology; it does not identify a current investment portfolio or claim that any named property has a particular owner. Current holdings and operating arrangements need their own verification at the time the question is asked.
The International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds describes the Santiago Principles as 24 generally accepted principles and practices voluntarily endorsed by its members. Their stated scope concerns matters including transparency, governance, accountability and prudent investment practices.
That framework is not a hotel classification, guest-service certification or hospitality access program. A reference to it should not be used to imply a particular room benefit, procurement approval or official relationship. Read the source for what it actually establishes.
For a delegation, meeting or institutional stay, separate accommodation requirements from event requirements. Identify who confirms rooming, meeting space, transport and changes. Keep the organization’s relevant approval process distinct from the hotel’s own booking process.
